Legal Justice Access, Inc. plans to provide free legal help to low-income individuals at the Fenton Judicial Court Service Center through our legal clinic program.
Most low-income individuals and families in under-served Massachusetts communities such as Lawrence, Massachusetts, often have to choose between providing basic necessities of life for their families and hiring an attorney to advocate for them in court. Crippled by economic difficulties, most often appear in the family and housing courts without legal representation. Majority are denied access to justice due to the lack of legal representation.
Our legal clinic program at the Fenton Judicial Court Service Center will provide free legal advice, legal representation and in-court advocacy.
We are projected to reach about 500 low-income individuals and families in the first year. We are also projected to serve about 5000 low-income individuals and families over the next three-year period.
