In our society, men or boys are more privileged that women or girls. Even the both sex go together at school but the final word always comes from boys. So this project deals with the promotion of gender equity, where 60 girls aged from 14 to 19 years will learn about the leadership and entrepreneurship skills for one year for the benefit of their communities, because at the end of the training, they should elaborate a project with the girls of their different communities.
There are more than 3,000 girls and women in Riviera Anono. Many of these women and girls remain at home waiting for their husbands or fathers for the food at home. Beyond, girls have always been at the bottom in term of leadership compared to the case of boys. So this issue discriminate them such they are more and more isolated. Therefore, this project deals with the training of 60 girls for one year upon the civic leadership and entrepreneurship. So far, they will help their moms and sisters.
We provide civic leadership and entrepreneurship training to 60 girls for one year. This training will provide the strong skills to learn how to elaborate a project and be very active in the community service. After the training, the girls will be in touch with their moms and sisters in order to make the report of what they have learnt during one year.
We will training 60 girls and thanks to the skills they will acquire, they will train 3,000 people made of women and girls of their different communities. This operation will permit the moms and girls to learn how to elaborate a project and work in network. It will be the beginning of the team spirit that could create many networks of women.
