Long-term Impact for Minyeol's Scholarship

Thank you for supporting Minyeol the past 7 years!

For the past seven years, KKOOM has been supporting a college scholarship for Minyeol. The funding began when he was getting his Associate’s degree in 2017. Then, he received his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Music in 2021. Minyeol graduated in spring 2024 with his Master’s degree in Theology.

Minyeol’s dream has always been to become a praise minister. He started getting closer to this dream by being an intern at a church serving as the children’s director while he was studying for his Master’s degree.

One of the greatest traits that Minyeol has is a grateful heart. Every time we reached out to him about his KKOOM scholarship the past seven years, he has always been so appreciative to the KKOOM community for supporting his dreams. No matter where you live, whether in South Korea, or on the other side of the world, Minyeol has felt your support throughout the past several years as he navigated adulthood on his own.

We have reached out to Minyeol to see how his last semester went in graduate school and to get an update on what his future life plans are. Stay tuned to read more about what Minyeol is up to in our next update!
