Today we bring you the exciting news that we've been waiting more than two years to deliver; a new school for 600 pupils at Kisimenyi is now open for learning!

Our first phase of work at Kisimenyi has utterly transformed the learning environment for the school's now 600 pupils through the followingprojects:
· twelve safe, bright and spacious classrooms;
· an individual desk and chair for each of them;
· a dedicated nursery school with playground and custom-made tables and chairs;
· a secluded library stocked with 1,500 reading books for all ages and abilities;
· more than 2,500 new textbooks they have their own book for each and every subject;
· improved water supply thanks to 80,000lit of rainwater storage capacity;
· administrative facilities for teachers including staffroom and private offices
· modern sanitation facilities, with seperate units for nursery pupils, primary pupils and adults, and for boys and girls.
