Hello, wonderful supporters! We are thrilled to announce the upcoming September launch of the Kids in the Middle Future Finance and Technology Workforce Prep Program. In a time when our young generation has faced immense challenges due to the pandemic, this initiative aims to make a profound impact on the lives of 15-17-year-olds who have experienced three lost school years. Let's dive into the incredible opportunities this program presents for our youth and their communities.
Coaching for Personal and Professional Growth
During the first half of the school year, these bright minds will receive invaluable coaching from professionally trained and licensed coaches who are trained in Core Energy Leadership tools that tap into emotional intelligence. The program understands the unique struggles these students have faced and will provide guidance, life skills masterclasses, with emotional support to help them regain their footing. Through this phase, we aim to ignite a sense of purpose and instill the belief that their dreams are still within reach.
Mentoring in STEM Fields
The second half of the school year will bring an exciting phase where the students will be matched with mentors in related STEM fields. Imagine the transformative power of connecting these ambitious individuals with professionals who can guide them along their chosen paths. These mentors will serve as beacons of inspiration, helping the students navigate their future career choices, set realistic goals, and build the necessary skills to excel in finance and technology.
