Job Training for poor mother- sick children Brazil

" I recently began the course, Introduction to Digital Photography, offered by SENAC Rio (an institute that offers vocational courses in Rio de Janeiro), and I am happy to say that this course will be extremely valuable to my work and is very gratifying. I really needed to improve my knowledge and skills, and Saúde Criança’s professionalization project is once again helping me reach my goals. I hope to exceed all expectations, and I have to thank you for the respect and care you showed my family. This is an opportunity for professional growth and an experience that will impact my life.

This is the second opportunity that Saúde Criança has given me. The first was an English course which was really empowering for me, but at the time I was having personal problems that stopped me from fully taking advantage of that opportunity. After three years without working, I was thankful to find employment as a Secretarial Assistant at a manufacturing company, a dream of mine.

 Yet, even with this dream realized, I believe that we always should be working to improve ourselves and gain more knowledge; I am once again entering a course. To have this additional opportunity, makes me think about the concern Saúde Criança has shown for my family. It’s funny that the same week I was looking for courses in my area, I had my monthly check-in at Saúde Criança, and I was called by the coordinator, to talk about courses that would help my professional development. This beautiful coincidence increases my faith that God provides everything at the right time."
