32 year-old Ms. Margaraita G. was forced to move to the village of Argel in Kotayq region from Hadrut region of Artsakh under Azerbaijani rule since 2020 as a result of the war. The family with many children has ensured a new source of income as well as found a hope for a brighter future. Ms. Margarita has gone through a one-month professional development course on florist design with support of our generous donors, as well as received goods, tools and equipment to start her own business. The only flower shop in the region is currently reviving and enlarging the range of products sold. It includes not only flowers but also other design materials for weddings, birthdays, national holidays, etc.

Ms. Anzhela Y. a mother of a young victim of the latest war. She lives in the village of Drakhtik of Gegharkunik region.  Being only 45-year-old war-affected woman she decided to pull herself together and was seeking for opportunities of using her skills as a source of income, but also as something to fill her free time and serve as a psychological therapy. Within the current project Ms. Anzhela has received a sewing machine and started sewing and selling bed linen from her own home.
