The project intended to promote rural girls school attendances through improving school facility. In this case the drop rate of the girls from school believed to decease and girls continue to higher educations.
The educational infrastructure and expansion in this particular kebele was very poor as that of the rural of Oromia, along with poor educational supportive service. The low education facility and expansion has greatly affected girls in that like latrine ashamed girls not to go to same latrine with boys that is uncovered and open spaces. As education facility in general poor girls are reluctant to go to the schools which leads to girls low school participation and more drop outs rates.
The intended project solve the problems through; 1. Project would develop the quality of educational services though availing materials like teaching aids, 2. Construct and maintain some classes and latrines for boys and girls separately and furnish the learning and teaching classes, and 3. it would aware school community and parents about the importance of girls education as well.
