The WAND Foundation has just opened a branch of the Ecolife Hub in Dipolog City, province of Zamboanga del Norte. This hub is envisioned to benefit mainly the beneficiaries of the Foundation comprising farmers and artisans. The WAND Foundation cooperated with a youth organization called Association of Locally-Empowered Youth in Northern Mindanao (ALEY-NM) and with a civil society organization called Asset-based Community Development with Equity Foundation or ABCDEF.  This Hub contains 10 desktop computers and a server.
