In our approach of building an objective basis of territorial planning of the housing, vis-a-vis the periurbanisation of the country, we wanted to put the emphasis on the vulnerabilities of the natural environment of this commune. These vulnerabilities have their origin in the sensitivity of the environment (topography, local hydrogeological and pedological conditions, etc.) and the existence of demographic, socio-economic and institutional factors that have a negative impact on the environment.
Our work is a preliminary approach that defines the boundaries of suitable areas for habitat development using existing data. But studies on the design and implementation strategies of a new space organization should be conducted. Despite some limitations of our study, especially due to the small scale of basic maps available, our work already allows us to pinpoint a problem.
