Help Build a Home for 50 Underprivileged Children

by New Life

Dear Donors,

"Every time we remember to say “thank you”, we experience nothing less than heaven on earth"

Thank you for supporting our "Help Build a Home for 50 Underprivileged children" because you are the backbone to providing a safe and secure place to children who are vulnerable, orphaned, semi-orphaned, deserted, and extremely poor or who has a parent in prison.

We once again thank you for your support and for being Angels in spreading words about our work.

"May this year bring new happiness, new goals, new achievements and a lot of new inspirations on your life. Wishing you an year fully loaded with happiness."

"Wish you a very happy new year 2015"

Thanks & Regards

The rainy season is over now and the winter season has just started. The children in the home are provided with new mats and bedsheets though they could not be provided with the cots as expected. We hope we will have enough funding the next time to provide the children with cots.

During the last three months (Aug-Sep 2014) we received a donation of $90 and this amount is paid to the loan creditors. There is still a balance of $20430. This can be settled only with the generous donations from you people. We are also taking efforts mobilise donations from the local community and we want to settle the loans at the earliest.

For this we depend on people like you who have been continuously supporting us not only financially but alos morally. We request you to kindly spread words about our work to your friends and relatives.

Thanking you once again.

Dear Donors,

During the vacation, i.e. in the month of May, the old building of the home was colour washed. Colours that are vibrant are chosen and the work is completed spending $520. This has to be done as the old building was very dull and not neat. You can see the newly coloured hall in the photo attached. Since the amount reserved for cots had to be diverted for this, we could not buy the cots as per plan. The balance $480 is used to repay the loans. As you already know, we have borrowed loans for construction and it needs to be settled to the tune of $20520 ($3480 settled with your donations).

We are requesting you to kindly support us in raising the required funds for this project by spreading words to your friends and relatives. Thank you for your moral and financial support.

With regards

F. Beatrice Vanaja

The Electricity connection
The Electricity connection

Thank you dear donors for the generous donations!

The new building for the children is complete now, and with the money you have sent we are able to give an additional electricity connection for the new building and did the repair for the old one. An invertor is now bought and the children have lighting even during the frequent power cuts in this part of the country. This has come in handy during the most required time of their education, their annual exams. $ 3000 of loans were repaid  now and we are thankful for that. The remaining part of the amount of donations we received ($1000 approximately) is kept for buying cots for the children. They will have new cots during the coming academic year.

The children are much thankful to the donors for supporting them, helping them to have uninterrupted studies and for much more i.e. the feeling of the donors being with them.

Thank you dear donors for the generosity and we will continue sending the report till the project is fully funded. Kindly spread words to your friends and relatives and make them participate in the project.

With regards and love from the children and team of New Life.
