For most of us, Christmas holidays are months away - not even on our radar, yet! But at BTAC, staff and volunteers are already planning for the 2016 holidays.
This past year, BTAC's Santa's Room helped more than 300 families (1,000 children) have very happy holidays. The parents were able to "shop" for thier children and select gifts, donated by members of the community.
Most people focus on donating gifts for younger children. But what about thier older siblings. Does Santa not care about the 15 or 16 year old brother or sister? Of course he does. So, year-round, BTAC staff and volunteers are continually looking for sales on gifts for teenagers. Then, they use donations for friends like you, to purchase these items. That way, Santa can have gifts for all the children in the family.
We appreciate your support of this project and it bringing the spirit of giving and the holidays to often overlooked teenages.
