Report number 4

Dear Friends and Supporters,

For a year now you have been providing support to the handicapped orphans in Siberia.

Due to your assistance 320 handicapped orphans can undergo rehabilitation at the physical therapy room outfitted with the state-of-the-art equipment. Your donations are also a support for the handicapped orphans from the low-income families.

In Russia, a family often breaks up after a handicapped child is born. Often abandoned by their fathers, handicapped children are raised by their mothers and grandmothers. A chronic disease such as cerebral palsy requires ongoing monthly rehabilitation. A single-parent family cannot afford it. We are helping these families. For the reporting period, the treatment and rehabilitation services have been provided to over 20 handicapped children in low-income families. We use your funds to pay for massage services, swimming-pool activities, and hippotherapy for the children.

Because of your generous donations, we are able to pay for treatment services at the medical centers. The children have been provided with a complex of pharmaceutical treatment, massage, physiotherapy, needle therapy, and many other services. We can see that the children’s health significantly improves after each treatment session is completed.

We highly appreciate your support and assistance to the handicapped children in Siberia. May God give good health to you and your loved ones. Each dollar of your donations is an actual contribution to the health of particular children.
