The remedial classes are a support system for our children of the community as they are usually first generation literate making it very difficult for the parents to teach them at home or afford external tuition teachers. Our centre caters to the need of children from class I to class XII of all subjects and even provides them with a nutritious evening snacks for the senior students and full nutritious lunch meal for the younger ones. We try to impart them an educated environment for few hours for them to grow up freely.
We also organize periodical Parent’s Teacher Meeting at our coaching centre to interact with the parents and know from them as to what are their expectations and how can we improve the education of the children.
In this reporting phase 50 children in ages of 5-15 years were supported through remedial coaching.
Each of these children were also provided with nutrious mid day meal that is cooked in house and supplementary nutrition.
26 girls were given training in basic beautician course comprising of pedicure, manicule & facial , mehendi, bridal make up and massage course.
40 women received training in cutting, stitching, tailoring and handicrafts.
