Support us to spread healthy living and well-being to the larger Tanzanian populace who are under privileged (women, children, physically challenged, chronically ill etc) by providing a platform for education at an internationally accredited level with certification in yoga and holistic care. Consequently, developing employment opportunities, financial security, minimizing health cost and creating self-confidence and the will to fight within the individuals.
Due to larger Tanzanian populace being under the poverty line, lack of education and guidance the community faces an increased need in educating larger populace on the importance of well-being and healthy living through training and development programs that cover alternative therapy (yoga), nutrition, water sanitation, stress management (mindfulness) and financial management. YWT provides this by holding community service programs for the underprivileged within the health and education sector
The project will do the following for the larger Tanzanian populace if training and implementation is ongoing: healthier people leads to a stronger nation with a decrease in medical costs and an increase in education. Targeting the generations to come (schools) and the most vulnerable (hospitals) cultivates a stronger future. Also, decreasing the mortality rate (mindfulness, clean water and a decrease in malnutrition)
To have alternative therapy, nutritional training and well-being training as a part of the educational curriculum and a part of the health care system. knowing the importance of holistic care and the benefits of it within the younger generations and the most vulnerable.
