Vitavin is a student from the Karen tribe. He has had a difficult upbringing. Unfortunately, both Vitavin's parents are unable to work. Vitavin started his education late and is about to finish Grade 12, he wants an opportunity to further education, which will hopefully lead to work to help support his family. This project will fund Vitavin's tuition and living expenses at the Children and Youth Development Association.
Nearly a million hill peoples are still treated as outsiders. Due to the lack of opportunities, there are many villages who struggle to put food on the table and fund their children's education. Most children are forced to quit their education and are abused by their families and work in menial jobs. CYDA work closely with hill tribe villages to provide a better life for the families and children. Vitavin is from the Karen tribe, he has had a difficult upbringing, CYDA hope to change his future
CYDA sends children and youths to school and funds their education. The daily expenses such as food and accommodation are also paid for by CYDA. This allows students to continue their education. Vitavin has had several setbacks in his education. CYDA will provide all the necessities for Vitavin to continue his education, which includes all tuition fees, accommodation, and food.
Vitavin's parents are both unable to work, his stepfather is paralyzed and bed ridden, whilst his mother has tumour in her womb and level 2 cancer, she also has poor sight in her left eye. Vitavin has one half-sister who is 11 and a half-brother who is in K2. Vitavin started his education late and is about to finish Grade 12. The project will give Vitavin an opportunity to continue his education, which will lead to a stable income to help support his family.
