Dear all,

As you read this, brilliant women leaders of Mbosha are at work ensuring that the Health Centre is helping the tagetted population and even beyond.  This is really igniting positive change for women and  many  people in this community.

With current Anglophone crises in Cameroon,  Mbosha happened to be a host of so many refregees from Kumbo Town.  It has instead become the main health facility which is able to be handling wonded cases of the Amba boys.

It is not easy in Kumbo with the shooting and face to face fighting between the Amba boys and Cameroon forces of law and order.   Peaple are now obliged to fee their homes and to take refuge in the Rural areas.

Since Mbosha is in the rural part of Kumbo, most of the town dwellers now leave in this vicinity.

This Health at the moment need high support even for the completion of the wards and buying other medications that can help these war victimes.

If any one can follow the situation in Cameroon, this is this the time to help this women to get on helping those in need.

May God continue to bless you.

Dear  cheerful supporters,

I sincerely wish to appologize for a little delay with this report.   It was because we did not have electrricity again with the internate connection as well. With the little Band width, we are un able to get updated pictures to you.

However,  I am glad to report that the crises in the Anglohphone regions is not affecting the on going Health centre project. This is because it is in the rural area and their activities  are encouraging  health facitilities to be operating since there are helping many casusallties.

We have therefore worked very had to plaster the internal part of the new building and all the doors have been fitted and two community workers have been sent for training at the District Hospital to improve their primary  care knowleddge and statistics recording and reporting online to the Ministry of Health.

I am glad to report that this project is really helping the communites as targeted and we are soon going to be through with current phase of the project dependnig  on the financial means.

The Government of Cameroon really appreciated this project by encouraging the community to be more committed to the project and at the same time supplying the necessary vaccinations through this health post which is being administered to the entire community.  Priority among these vacines has remain Polio malities, Measle and Breast cancer, free screeing which moves along with HIV Aids Screeding and education.

If the population is now benefiting from this major health services, it is because of your huge support.  We will continue to work as your financial support continue to flow.

May God Bless you all.

MORE DELIVERIES BEING RECORDED
MORE DELIVERIES BEING RECORDED

This is  one of the  most cherished project in this rural area of Mbosha.  The construction is not far from completion at the moment.  More people have continued to benefit from the advanced and improved services being rendered.

This time around, the Polio vacine Exercise left no stone unturn  because of heavy mobilization  through this health centre. The High prevelence rate of Malaria patients  in this area has significantly dropped because of continues health talk regarding drainage and sanitation in various homes to avoid mosquitoes from taking advantage.

More women have continued accepting the voluntory HIV testing as they come for antanatal clinics as a result of couselling by the health staff. A lot is being recorded because of the presence of the health centre. Breast and servical cancer screeing was also anounced and done through this health centre.

We are very grateful for the support from every one as we move towards the completion of the stuctures to get on to the equping the new wards. We are really experiencing  the importance of this health centre at this particular time.

The Anglophone crises has not disturbed the work in this project in any way.  Who ever wish to give any helping hand towards the  completion should do so without any hesitation.

Pictures shall be posted in our next report.

Building of the Gable ends
Building of the Gable ends

Dear everyone,

Accept speciall greetings from the People of Mbosha,

I am wriring again to update everyone on the progress being made in this project.  I am extremely happy to report  that the progress being made is wonderful.

We have been able to make the  Sundry and have completed the construction of the Gable ends of the New block. This is to prevent hostile wind from eventually destroying the roofs.  This is  also  to make the wards to be warm.  We have also made more bricks to attach a separate  room to host the Lab just beside the pharmarcy. We have also  completed the door shutters and have transported  them to the site awaiting installation by the Carpenters.

Another major actity was the digging and leveling  of the surrounding of the new building in  other to make the verendars ready to for cementing when time comes.  Another reason why the digging round the the new block was to preven any eventual erosion which could equally make the walls to be wait.

In general, the project is at 80% to be completed.  We really need a final push in order to complete this project. Any one who wish to give us this final push should do so without any hesitation.

May God bless you all.

Seasonal greetings to every one,

We are just getting out of the rainning season in Cameroon and this is the time that   we are starting to have access to

rural areas because of rainning season bad roads .

We continued working with material that was already at the site before the heavy rain came in August and September.

At the moment, the 2nd block is 80%  completed.  It is attracting so may patients, increasing the number of deliveries, number of patients, and other acticities. The entire maleria rate is highly declining and theHIV education is being intensified.

The Nurse that was employed during the last quarter and added to the primary health care worker is doing a wonderful job.  I am glad to report that work is going on very well and at the moment, we preparing to get more cement, and a Trip of River sand to the site to start plastering  and flooring to make it usable as soon as possible.

We are really very grateful to express the wonderful help that all of us are giving to this community and it is helping everyone without any bias of any sort.

I am glad to also report that the village has got electricity and we are looking forward to raising money to install a metter for the Heal centre and to do the wirering.   This will help us to make avaible some essential medications that needs to be stored in deep freexers

We are succeeding with all these because of your support.  We thank all of you enomously.
