May Lunch Program Update

By Alex Stone | Volunteer

Dear Supports,

Our students continue to receive a prepared lunch every Friday.

We make a considerable effort to incorporate produce grown on-site. Utilizing vegetables from our garden has brought benefits that extend beyond nutrition.

"Our garden has fostered a greater connection between the students and their environment," said founder Khaled Jaraysa. "They are able to track a vegetable's path from garden to plate."

We'd love to be able to provide a nutritious lunch to the students each day they come to school. Please give what you can to help us move closer to that goal!

With gratitude,

The Children of Peace Foundation
