Donors, Friends and Supporters,
We started our "After School Classes" for Orphans and Vulnerable children in Tole Village, Cameroon on October 07, 2013. Forty-five Children were identified from two of the four primary schools in Tole but we selected 15 to start with as a result of the limited resources to run the classes. The 15children were carefully selected after a social inquiry work done by our social worker.
We supplied books, didactic materials and give stipend to our local volunteer teacher - Abia Taku ; who also is a teacher at the presbyterian primary tole Village. Abia coordinates the classes and also serves as our Children education support contact in Tole. Each month it costs us US$135 to run the classes.
There is high pressure on us for the inclusion of the other needy children, who are in dare need of the classes for their social and cognitive development.
We look forward to your continued support to give quality education to all deserving underserved and underprivilede children in our community.
Investing in Children education is a responsible and sustainable development venture for the good of all.
