Girls and young victims of violence, trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation require support to improve the living conditions of the home where they live, located in the city of Puerto Montt, geographically hostile area in terms of climate, where girls live permanently during the year.
With your help we hope to improve the conditions of heating, bedding and clothing for girls and young people, ensuring a better quality of life.
The 20 children and adolescents ranging in age between 12 and 18 who do not have a reference family to take charge of their care and protection and whose life stories have been affected by violence, physical and sexual commercial exploitation, require physical space that protects their integrity and psychosocial intervention to enable them to overcome the experiences of harm and violation of their fundamental human rights.
We give a professional specialized multidisciplinary covering psychological, social and educational aspects, the project must provide physical and material conditions that enable them to enhance their teens and young family and social integration.
The project provides opportunities for development and growth in order to prevent violence around women reach irreversible levels and, thus, avoid breeding generations of sexual violence and child abuse. The participation of adolescents and youth in this project seeks to create a change in their material living conditions and access to opportunities to satisfy their basic needs of shelter, security and protection.
