Veruzca is an eight year old girl from Venezuela, she came to our Hospital San Vicente Fundación after traveling several days looking for health care that could help her feel better because in her country they did not have enough resources to treat her symptoms.
She was swollen and generating liquids in her stomach that in spite of not causing her pain, worried her mother a lot; Veruzca was received with open arms by our personnel who did several tests and were able to detect that she had kidney problems.
After several days in our hospital they were able to do a drainage and remove all the fluid that prevented her from living her life normally; currently she is in the process of recovery and spends her time playing kitchen and dreaming of being a great chef, hoping to return home soon to play with her brothers and sisters and go back to school.
With your donations you contribute so that children like Veruzca can receive medical attention of the best quality, and have a prompt and successful recovery at the hands of our specialists.
