In South Africa, too many children face an uphill battle in their education. Overcrowded classrooms, under-resourced schools, and teachers left without the support they need make it almost impossible for these learners to reach their full potential. For the teachers and school leaders trying their best, the weight of these challenges is overwhelming. Without proper guidance and mentorship, their passion alone isn't enough to change the odds stacked against them.
Edufundi is addressing these challenges by empowering educators, school leaders, and education officials through our Edufundi Support Programme. We provide mentorship, coaching, and leadership training that build trust, collaboration, and systemic change. By strengthening the skills of teachers and school management teams, we create environments where learners can thrive, unlocking their potential and giving them the opportunity for a brighter future.
