FSU submited to Global Giving in May 2019 its Project called FSU Early Childhood Development Program recorded under the number 39952.
FSU planned to buy 25 chairs and 25 tables for the children of the two classrooms of its kindergarten. 10 tables and 10 chairs were made on credit by FSU and we applied to have 500 USD to make the 15 remaining tables and the 15 chairs but received no fund for that until now.
Concerning the 7 months of the allowance we due to the teachers which amount is 840 USD and the one of the psychologist which amount is 700 USD, we only paid 3 months for the teachers and it remains 4 months which amount is 480 USD and for the psychologist we also paid 3 months and it remains 4 months which amount is 400 USD.
As for the kits of psychological games we have received no fund to purchase the 20 kits we needs which amount is 900 USD.
In total we need 2280 USD and this financial situation has prevented FSU to carry out this project.
This project that we submitted in May 2019 aimed at enabling FSU to provided the 55 children we care for in our home center called "Orphelinat Mother Charity (OMC)" with an adequate education that will assure them an harmonious psychological development. They are orphan and vulnerable children who in most the cases lost their mother at their birth and their father are unkown.
THE PROJECT AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION :
FSU iniated this Early Childhood Development Program to assure the psychological development of this vulnerable children. Thus in the project we submitted we applied for the financing to buy 25 tables and 25 chairs; 55 kits of psychologic games and to pay the allowance of the nursery teacher, the psychologist and the doctor for 12 months. The total amount of this project is 4 000 USD. But unfortunately we didn't received any penny from the donors until now. This situation has prevented FSU to implement fully and in good condition the project so that we owe the second nursery teacher, the psychologist and the doctor right now seven (7) months of allowance which amount is respectively for the second nursery teacher 840 USD, and for the psychologist and the doctor 700 USD. We succeeded to acquire only 10 tables and 10 chairs in credit out of the 25 of each we need. We are now in holidays and school will resume on September 16, 2019. FSU must pay not only the cost of the tables and chairs acquired on credit but the one of the remaining 15 tables and 15 chairs which total amount is 500 USD. FSU has only got 10 kits psychologic games and it remains 45 kits to buy which amount is 900 USD. Thus to keep on to fully implementing this program before the end of the year, the total remaining amount FSU needs is 2 940 USD.
Such is then the situation of the project and we ask Global Giving to keep it active until we receive from the donors the 2 940 USD in order to enable FSU to assure that these orphan and vulnerable children receive a good psycho-educational staffing in the frame of their early childhood development. We count much on your assistance.
