Fort Peck at Play

This new project will help hundreds of low income Native American Families and youth keep healthy and active through new playground equipment. Two communities have been targeted for new equipment that are located within low income neighborhoods. Our goal is keep our youths, of all ages, actively engaged in a healthy alternative to online games and social media. This will not only help with keep moving and active, but also help with social skills and interaction.

monthly donors

Our current playground equipment has been used vigorously throughout the years. Due to outdated or no longer manufactured equipment, it has been deemed unsafe to use.

With the donations, our goal is to purchase two sets of playground jungle gyms that focus on keeping physically active. Each one will be located in the middle of a low income Native American neighborhood.

Long-Term Impact

With the help of these structures, our long term goal is provide fun, safe and healthy alternatives to youth of all ages. We believe this will impact our youth in keeping active throughout the summer and fall months, while helping our youth learn how to communicate and interact with peers and adults.
