Thank you so much for supporting Burbank Temporary Aid Center's efforts to provide lunches for the homeless. It is often difficult to have enough food to put in the lunches, but one of the things we run short of most often is water.
Our homeless clients are exposed to the elements all day long. The water is important for the health, safety and general well-being of the homeless. Especially on these blistering hot summer days, water is critical. With donations made for the homeless lunches, we've been able to purchase more water to include in the lunches.
We are pleased that through the generosity of friends like you, we are able to provide this important service to the homeless in our community.
