Dear Mann Deshi Foundation Supporters:
Thank you for your continued support and interest in the Mann Deshi Foundation; this project to help rural women save for their children’s education affects the financial security of our clients today and in the future. Enrollment in the financial literacy course has more than doubled since the programs inception. As a result, six-hundred forty-four women have enrolled in the education saving scheme for their children. For each woman that enrolled in the saving scheme, the Mann Deshi Foundation provided a schoolbag for her child. While the saving plan scheme may seem like a small project, the return on this investment is limitless; children who would otherwise never complete their education are being integrated in the financial and social infrastructure of India.
