We love reeding books with the kids, with the support by FONCA (National Fund for Culture and the Arts) in ednica we share a lot reading activities to develop reading and writing skills in children and young people to work or live in the street.
In the three community centers and in the streets spots where the ednica´s crew work with boys and girls, they support the activities for their healt, knowlegde and education. We work everyday for the children and the their human rigths, we know is the way to get a dignified life. In ednica whith the workshops they knew their human rigths and they decited was the better life for them.
Always ednica´steam search alliances for get best efforts, that is the example of soccer team Pumas, in the last month they donated with Banca Mifel and Suzuki more than 400 books for the kids. Whit this alliance ednica´s childrenhood are so motivated to read more and write in the virtual magazine call "Arcoiris de colores" To the streets , edited by the kids and produced in the projetc “From the street to the books. Activities to promote reading for girls and boys in street situations" by FONCA.
Now we have the challenge to get more donations, not only for this project, we search more alliances to give more workshops and supports for this families. This kids and their parents work in the street and they don´t have time to study and they only knew the street life. In ednica we support to this families for get a better life and know another way to live with their rights.
