This project will provide a mental health resilience programs for up to 40 young people that care for their Mum, Dad, Brother or sister with a medical condition or disability. These young people miss out on their teenage years to care for their loved one. Because of the extreme stress involved with caring, 2 out of 3 teens have severe mental health issues such as anxiety, social isolation, bullying, depression; often leading to suicide.
