We have been able to impact 42 families in 12 municipalities: Oaxaca de Juárez, Tlalixtac de Cabrera, Santa María Atzompa, Trinidad Zaachila, Cuilapam de Guerrero, Santa Cruz de Cabrera de Cabrera, Santa María Atzompa, Trinidad Zaachila, Cuilapam de Guerrero, Santa Cruz Xoxocotlán, San Pedro Ixtlahuaca Xoxocotlán, San Pedro Ixtlahuaca, San Antonio de la Cal, Santa Lucía del Camino, Animas Trujano, Santa María Coyotepec, Santa Cruz Amilpas and San Sebastian Tutla. The group is based on collective work, since producing requires a lot of effort. knowledge, in the generation of relationships that are not based on the economic or monetary at the same time, a dynamic of exchange and
complementarity of different materials for the complementarity of different materials for the production, conservation and fermentation of food. The participants have been trained in biological control of insects, the production of organic fertilizers, cultivation of native plants, dehydration of fruits, vegetables and plants and conscious cooking.
So far, the project is providing many benefits and gives us hope for a better future as well as better food!
