Challenge

Poverty has affected the situation of the rural women of Pakistan quite badly.Poor economic situation of women leads to weak social status in the society.Majority of the women are uneducated and unskilled and have no say in the family. The fathers/husbands don't involve them in decision making.Domestic violence is quite common due this social, economic and psychological pressure on the poor women.Lack of exposure and information of rural women puts another hard stone in their economic development

Solution

Business Management skills will be accompanied with small grant provision to the 200 rural women as it is one of the strongest tool of economic empowerment for the poor women and communities whose access to other financial resources are very limited.Access to business grants and its integration with business plans, business feasibility, business training and community involvement ensures the desired results and will help the women in their socio-economic uplift.
