Challenge

Women-owned business are still in the minority, and the hurdles faced by women who have embraced entrepreneurship are vast and often very different than those experienced by males. There are various challenges such as access to funding, being taking seriously, traditional norms and cultural expectations for women, lack of skills and financial literacy, also a key challenge is access to collateral to raise funds for their business no matter how brilliant and enterprising they may be.

Solution

Having a robust support network is essential for entrepreneurial success, so it's no surprise that 48 percent of female founders report that a lack of available advisers and mentors limits their professional growth, according to Inc. We intend to train women and support them with the resources they need to have vibrant small business and to be focused and consistent with heir business. Women tend to personalized their business and end up not making much in the end.

Long-Term Impact

While technical skill and knowledge are key to career success, CEOs consistently cite soft skills as the most desirable professional attributes.Soft skills and emotional intelligence may prove a key competitive advantage for women in business. These competencies included emotional self-awareness, empathy, conflict management, adaptability, and teamwork-all essential skills for effective leadership in the workplace. Teaching these valuable skills with financial support can make a difference.
