We intend to train women and support them with the resources they need to have vibrant small business and to be focused and consistent with heir business. Women tend to personalized their business and end up not making much in the end.
While technical skill and knowledge are key to career success, CEOs consistently cite soft skills as the most desirable professional attributes.Soft skills and emotional intelligence may prove a key competitive advantage for women in business. These competencies included emotional self-awareness, empathy, conflict management, adaptability, and teamwork-all essential skills for effective leadership in the workplace. Teaching these valuable skills with financial support can make a difference.
