Outcomes for the "EmpowerOrphans" Project (June - September 2023)
1) Identification of Key Challenges:
Intensive study of the multifaceted challenges confronted by orphans aged 15-18 in Bulgarian institutions.
Identified main issues as low motivation, attention deficits, sense of uncertainty, antisocial behaviors, and a significant gap in essential life skills.
Recognized the urgent need for support due to societal biases leading to rejection, prejudice, and skepticism from potential employers.
2) Training Manual for Educators:
Developed a comprehensive guide to foster the next generation of entrepreneurial thinkers.
The manual consists of:
An overview and objectives of the "Future Founders" program.
Ten extensive modules including pivotal areas: self-awareness, leadership, public speaking, financial literacy, entrepreneurial thinking, project management, and more.
Each module is enriched with focused sessions, interactive activities, real-life scenarios, and introspective questions.
A compilation of ice-breaker games and activities to enhance interaction and engagement.

3) Workbook for Students:
Curated a tailored workbook designed to be the essential companion for students in the program.
Features of the workbook:
General overview and structured alignment with the educator's manual modules.
Focused sections on self-discovery, leadership, effective communication, financial acumen, entrepreneurial strategies, and mechanics of implementing ideas.
Contains exercises, interactive tasks, real-life scenarios to balance theoretical and practical learning.
Inbuilt reflective questions in each segment for introspection and growth.
Assortment of ice-breaker activities and games to encourage collaboration and improve group dynamics.
