This project will; Provide opportunities for young people to address the needs of the poor and vulnerable in our communities and the world Enable participants to know how to properly manage waste and how it can be reprocessed into new products that can be sold to generate income. For example the recycling of waste papers to produce fancy beads Provide participants with fundamental skills needed to become an entrepreneur Provide participants with knowlegde to improve their health conditions
For the past three years now in the restive Northwest and Southwest regions of Cameroon, majority of youths have not been able to gain access to quality education and some others remain at home due to threats from some group of persons. As this becomes prevalent, majority of youths now indulge themselves in juvenile activities while many has been derailed from their focus in life. Although the government is trying to salvage this situation, their efforts are still not enough
Participants will: -Know how to properly manage waste and how it can be reprocessed into new products that can be sold to generate income. For example the recycling of waste papers to produce fancy beads. -Know how different behaviour, aspirations and needs of women and men are considered, valued and favoured equally - Gain fundamental skills needed to become an entrepreneur - Know how to use digital tools most importantly the computer - Know how to produce Soaps and Detergents
This project will educate thousands of youths, gaining necessary skills: -Needed to become an entrepreneur -On how to properly manage waste products reprocess them into newer ones that can be sold to generate income - And techniques involved in yogurt production and other dairy products -How to rise out of poverty
