Empowering 1,200 rural Zambians in VCT uptake

Summary

In rural Mbeza area in Namwala district the population has low HIV uptake mainly due to stigma but also due to low knowledge level about the disease. We want to engage young people to sensitise the people through sport by play football and netball. Zambians love football. This game is a sure way of mobilising more people and take advantage of the game to sensitise the people on the importance of having an HIV test at the household level.

Challenge
