Challenge

The great challenge is to empower women to become leaders in the agricultural world bearing the banner of the vulgarization of new agricultural techniques and technologies to avoid low performance in this specific sector. To fight against hunger and extreme poverty, women should contribute substantially to its social and economic support, and agricultural promotions. The introduction of the erosive anti system in farming vulgarization by women should be a new approach supported by the community.

Solution

10 hectares will be made available to 100 women leaders regrouped in 4 ILDs and engaged in agriculture activities using new techniques along with improved potato seeds. They do have commitment to fight erosion under agricultural monitor's supervision using antiscrum and or transcrum. They will be supported as much as possible by men to create a synergy of participatory development as a community. Management will remain under women responsibility as well as the vulgarization of potato seeds.
