Under the Gender Equality Project Working Girls, we also work with women. This past quarter, it has been incredible to see the commitment and enthusiasm of the women in the program. Their consistent participation and attendance reflect their dedication to learning and growing.
The range of topics covered, from self-awareness to financial literacy, indicates a holistic approach to empowerment. By addressing these essential areas like mental health and gender-based violence, they're gaining vital knowledge to make informed choices in various aspects of their lives.
The average attendance of 75% across sessions is a remarkable achievement, signaling a high level of engagement and satisfaction among the participants. This positive feedback is a testament to the value they see in the sessions provided.
Continuing to offer such impactful sessions will likely further empower these women, equipping them with the tools and knowledge necessary to navigate life more confidently. It's a testament to the effectiveness of the program's approach and the dedication of both the participants and our passion-driven team.
