There are various students who have enormous pressure to earn due to their adverse family conditions and hence they leave schooling after class 8th. They don't need just the books to shape their career, rather they need development of skills that he/she has got. The project focuses on completion of school education complemented with skilling at an early stage so that the students shall be qualified and skilled enough to choose their career and lead a dignified life.
There is a pool of children who come from a family where they have enormous pressure of earning by the time they reach an age of 14 years. This compels them to leave the school as early as in class 8th. The aspirations of these children cannot get its shape as they end up getting involved in the jobs which they don't like and which pays less, thus continuing the cycle of poverty. The reason behind not able to get a good job is less exposure towards Communication, Computers & Personality.
The students can break themselves free from the cycle of poverty by gaining the right skills at a very early stage and start their earning just after completing class 12th. From class 9th onward, they should be well versed with soft skills; they should have a command over English communication; they should be proficient in computer usage and should have a pleasant personality. Thus, after 4 years of intervention, when these students apply for a job, they see this with a different perspective.
Over the 3-years period, over 800 students from the underprivileged communities will be trained, motivated and educated with an inclination towards making them employable. After completing class 12th, the students will take up a decent which will give them a good earning and a dignity of life.
