We've got training for rural Early Childhood Staff

Training has started!r

Greetings!

The 2nd Term has started on a delightful note. Early Childhood Education can only be successful if the service it renders is one of quality…training therefore is essential. Our organisation has for quite some time now been searching high and low trying to find accredited training for our staff taking in consideration capacity, requirements and our rural isolation.

And then came March 9th and Nomakhaya ( our practitioner) attended her very first lecture with Early Years Inspiration, an accredited organisation based in the Eastern Cape. A pre-assessment of our children took place shortly here after and will be repeated after Nomakhaya has completed her course in 8 months’ time.  This young woman, should she meet all the requirements, will be a qualified Reception Teacher by the end of 2018!

We celebrate this happening with you as it is donors’ contributions that have realised this invaluable objective. Every contribution is one step closer to our goal…making sure that every little child in the smallest of villages enjoy his/her right to proper care, stimulation and nutrition.

Your contribution, no matter how big or small, brings about change and mobilizes the potential of people which brings so much hope.

$1500 will pay for a 10 months accredited training, qualifying our staff member as a professional Reception Teacher. Spread the word and let all your family and friends help us to get all our staff trained by 2018!

Join The Ibhabhathane Community Centre page on Facebook to see how your contributions make a difference to our organisation.

 armest greetings

Yolande
