Educating 400 vulnerable children in Juba County

MORGEN plans to enrol 400 educationally unsupported vulnerable children living in Juba County in schools. This project will pay their school fees, buy them uniforms, books and other scholastic materials for one year, as well as giving them some small financial support through their poor parents./guardians/caretakers for their other welfare issues towards their performances in schools.

The longest African recurrent conflict in South Sudan has created a lot of runious complications in the lives of children. Millions of them, mostly AIDS orphans with either one or both parents dead face the worst with no access to education. They are now compelled to resort to unacceptable activities like theft, drug abuse, over-drinking, affecting the community in many ways. MORGEN will provide them school fees, uniforms and other scholastics plus small money for their welfare.


MORGEN will offer them education as it is the cross-cutting solution to all global problems and as such. all the existing, emerging and future problems of the community will no longer find their ways in. So, by educating them, all the problems will be solved. In school, subjects like civic and ethical education and other skills are taught. MORGEN activities will involve: Assessment of beneficiaries, registering and enrolling them and giving the other necessarsary provisions.

Long-Term Impact

The project will make 400 vulnerable children access education, making them grow up as good , skillful and participating citizens ready to contribute positively to development of the community. By educating them, the existing ill-health activities in the community, hatrate among the different ethical families bad behaving habbits and disintegration will disappear, paving way for peace and development.
