The funds raised have helped us make some steps. This steps however small they may be, they have driven us forward. We were able to plaster and paint our front wall. This made our school attractive. The new look attracted many new pupils to our school. We were also able to buy 7 desks. This reduced a situation where more than 3 pupils used to squeeze in one desk. They now sit 3 per desk and can write comfortably.
We held a meeting with our teachers, parents and members of the community and agreed to support the best girl and boy from each class. We considered last year's results. We agreed to support them partially for the start due to limited funds. Parents were very happy about it. We agreed also to continue supporting the very poor pupils who may not be doing well in class due to many reasons.
I have here attached a proper report and the performance of the pupils .The results are from their end of First Term exams. The Supported pupils are as follows: Pre unit :1) Philip Ochieng (2) Margaret Wambui.STD1 :(1) Timony Tindi (2) Annrose Waithera. STD2: (1).Irene Njambi (2). Stephen Ndungu. STD3: (1) Joshua Onyango. (2) Mary Wangui. STD4:. (1) Hellen Akinyi. (2). Stephen Mwangi.
We plan to support at least 3 girls and 2 boys from each class as from next year based ob perfomance as agreed. Peruse through the proper report and the attached documents and make your comments.
