Spark-A-Change Foundation provides free education and meals to 700 children from the poorest sections of society in Mumbai, India. SAC also provides education for technology, public speaking, drama, and coaching in sports.
With the growing learning lags at the schools catering to the poor in India, we are soon moving towards a huge section of unemployable youth. Spark-A-Change Foundation provides these children with better means of education and nutrition so as to make them employable and independent.
Spark-A-Change Foundation provides children: ---intensive coaching from grade 9-12 to strengthen their foundation. ---internship opportunities with companies for grade 12 students. ---enrolment into courses to make them career ready. ---nutritious meals to make them healthy self-sustaining members of society.
SAC will educate the current 700 children, with competent employment and entrepreneurial skills. Entrepreneurs will in turn employ members of their own community thus paying it forward.
