We are happy to inform you that during the year 2012-2013 academic year, we have placed all our stduents in various corpoates, banks and govt. depts.
This was possible with your support and encouragement.
A few of them are employed at Pink Lotus Technologies, two in State Bank of Mysore, two in State Bank of India, one in Canara Bank, around 6 in State Govt. Departments.
We could sense the happiness and peace that these youths are having after securing the jobs. These jobs means a lot to these youths - selft reliance and suppor to the families. Their siblings and parents are poor and day to day life itself is a struggle.
You have made it possible.
As in the words of one of our student:
" My dreams are fullfilled. I am independent and self-reliant. I never had the slightest hope when I first entered Snehadeep Computer Centre. But, today, I am so proud of myself and now I want to educate my brother too. Thank you dear donor and Snehadeep for this opportunity.
We have begun our academic year in June 2013 and have 56 students and would appreciate your support once again to bring a change in their life.
Thank you once again.

VISION FOR THE FUTURE
So far we have been carrying out all these activities with limited resources and have progressed in providing employment to the trained candidates and educating the children. We are determined to expand the activities to more number of beneficiaries in the months to come. The primary goal of establishing Snehadeep was to provide food, shelter, education, training & employment for the visually impaired and physically challenged. However it has developed a more comprehensive vision over the years:
TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR VISUALLY CHALLENGED
Snehadeep has an ambitious programme, to reach out to nearly 2000 students all over Karnataka to provide them a wholistic personality development to build their communication, goal setting, assertiveness and decision making skills.
The training programme will look at making the visually challenged students who have just completed their tenth and twelvth standard examinations make a better and informed choice about their future by helping them through career counseling and also increase their leadership skills by helping them form self help groups among themselves.
The program is designed to bridge the gap that exists in our mainstream education for the visually challenged and the Industry expectation and also the challenges faced by the blind Student community to survive in the fiercely competitive Corporate World.
The Program is an effort to bring together the visually impaired Student Community, Corporate and Universities/Educational Institutions under one roof.
Detailed Program outline:
The trainers for the programme are highly experience and skilled and include the following
1. Anish Kumar C.J, Author, Advocate & Certified Trainer.
2. Dr. Rajdeep Manwani, co-odinator Department of commerce JainUniversity, corporate trainer and quizmaster.
3. Dr. B.S. Raghu, Consultant & Certified Trainer.

The training programme will be conducted for two days on weekends and will aim to reach out to at least twenty different towns throughout this financial year.
