Summary

In the Eastern province of Rwanda, this project will develop, and supply 10,000 copies of financial literacy education -books for 200 primary schools to educate over 30,000 young learners in preparation for the competent entrepreneurs of tomorrow. Also, we added talent detection and career development to amplify their natural potential in response to reported critical issues of 147 schools with no books, and 26980 illiterate students. Notice, that 1 book is financial nourishment to 5 learners.

Challenge

In Rwanda, there are currently more than 200 primary schools without books, and a proportion of 30,000 young non-readers and financial illiterate with undeveloped talents. Although the VMVP is working diligently to solve this problem, please note that those primary students are at higher risk of lasting poverty, incompetence in the creative industry, and being locked out of the job market as they graduate from high school. This project will drastically impact 10,000 young learners.

Solution

VMVP provides financial literacy education by developing and supplying well-illustrated financial literacy books for children's education at primary schools. Talent detection and career development to amplify their natural potential to scale the creative industry. Children's savings accounts to incubate their future capital as they graduate from high school. Community members and teachers are also taught to encourage students to have financial knowledge and creativity skills in their two hands

Long-Term Impact

The project will educate, stature, and drastically impact 10,000 primary school students to be lasting successful entrepreneurs. Allowing them to rise out of poor education, financial illiteracy, and a locked job market, which will provide for thier best opportunities and access to finance from the creative industry. "Raise up financial developers and products/services developers for tomorrow of Rwanda and Africa".
