In this quarter we have started one vocational training center in which 43 women and girls are currently enrolled. We will establish new vocational training centers once the project is able to raise some more funds. The community is also supportive and there is an increase in the membership of CBOs. Women are also saving on regular basis and now the total membership of the CBOs is 213 women in all 10 CBOs.
AHD has also planned to start evening school for female domestic workers (young girls) who also work as maids with their mothers in the houses of the posh localities of Islamabad. The enrollment has been finalized and the classes will start in the next quarter.
