Harsha Trust plans to support 100 numbers of underprivileged youth to become Rural Energy Entrepreneurs and earn minimum USD150 per month . The Entrepreneurs will provide clean energy solutions & services to rural households in Odisha state of India.
Growing unemployment is a major problem among youth in tribal dominated Odisha state of India. Many unskilled tribal youth going for distress migration to nearby city in search of jobs resulting poor quality of life.
Building skill of rural youth on solar electrification, repairing & maintenance and established linkage with clean energy producer company for marketing of clean energy products in rural areas in India
The Project will provide employment opportunities to 100 Rural Youth allowing them to rise out of poverty , which will improve their families' quality of life.
