This project helps 200 the students in REACH, who are the most disadvantaged youth in Vietnam including those with deprived backgrounds and victims of human trafficking or domestic violence, to raise for chairs, desks, whiteboards, and bikes essential for their education.
REACH doesn't have financial ability to provide the students enough educational equipment. There are two classrooms that for students to have all of their English lessons, need chairs and desks. They have only plastic chairs to sit and to write on, which creates a lot of inconveniences, especially for the disabled ones. Besides, there is only one tiny whiteboard in each classroom, which is really read unfriendly to them. Bicycles are also needed for them to go to school.
REACH provides free vocational training to the disadvantaged youth and with better and proper study equipment students would enjoy classes more. This project would especially benefit the disabled ones to get access to the learning facilities as the normal youth.
As long as REACH exists, all facilities will be the assets of REACH for the future students to use. If more desks, whiteboards and bikes are provided, REACH can take in more students which means a larger amount of disadvantaged youth gain life-changing opportunities through vocational training. At least there will be thousands of students get beneficial.
