12 marginalised young women head of households with disabled children and where agriculture is the main source of their income will be funded to improve their production to meet the needs of their disabled children and their families.
Agriculture is a major source of income in many households in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Women and girls produce more than men and boys, but they do not have access to land and / or agricultural credit and they do not manage their production. Our NGO has identified 12 young women farmers, head of households with disabled children who need technical and financial support to improve their production to meet the specific needs of their disabled children in the area of Nsele in Kinshasa-DRC.
EEF will provide financial support to 12 women farmers to improve their production. these women will sell their agricultural products and cover the basic needs of their children with disabilities, such as education, health and housing.
Children with disabilities in the earea of Nsele will have access to basic services (education, health, shelter, housing, etc) and living conditions will be improved.
