Update - Clean Water for Kenyan Schools

What an amazing response we received for this project; we actually exceeded our goal of $4,000 We are so thankful for your generosity – it confirms how one person can make a difference!

Since we exceeded our target, we wanted send a quick message to let you know how the additional funds will be allocated.

Any contributions in excess of the $4,000 goal from the Global Giving campaign will help defray expenses for the next tanks scheduled for completion. Construction is currently underway at two Schools for the Deaf: Gianchere School and Nyakome School (both are in western Kenya and serve students from various regions). We will return to Kenya in July 2012 to monitor the progress of these tanks as well as assess the next construction sites at schools in the rural Kisii area.

Stay tuned for more information after we make our site visits in July.

May God bless you richly for your kindness!

Leon and Verwray Scott
