RTC (Rehabilitation Treatment Center) has been with SEDA since 2005. In 2010, the RTC has updated the patients’ residence buildings, brought in the electricity, created the clean water system, supplied with wheel chairs, medical supplies, new ceiling fans, and new tank for the sauna steamer. Every day around 10 inpatients and more than 400 outpatients have benefited from donations. It has made traditional medicine available to low income patients. The RTC and SEDA are very grateful to all donors, fans and supporters.
The next goal is to make the treatment more effective and available for more patients, which would be possible with the larger water tank. As there is a need for big amount of clean water for treatment with medical herbs, that tank is necessary for further development. Now RTC has good electricity system that makes it possible to install bigger tank. New tank with installation costs around 700 dollars and could contain up to 400 liters of water. We hope to raise enough funds by the end of the year.
