By meeting Children's Education rights/needs we are giving them the opportunity to reach their full potential and the power to transform their lives, families and communities; empowering them to be more responsible citizens and independent adults accountable to the societies they live in, reducing high illiteracy levels in the country thus breaking the chain of vulnerability so as to have transformed communities in Uganda.
1. There is a high rate of school drop outs and early parenthood since many children fail to continue with their studies after failure to meet the cost of education. 2. There are high levels of illiteracy and unemployment because a number of children have not had a chance to go to school. 3. Increased child labor because children have to fend for themselves to be able earn a living to sustain their school needs.
Children will be able to complete their education levels. Enough time will be given for a competitive education at different academic levels. Increased morale for children to go to school and become lifelong learners who can share their knowledge.
More children will have a chance at a good education. They will be able to complete a thorough course of study, giving them an opportunity for employment and the ability to break the chain of vulnerability. We will have fewer young parents, teenage mothers and more responsible citizens who will be able to make a difference in their communities. We will see a decrease in child labor cases, as children will have adequate time and resources to complete their studies. Illiteracy rates will decrease.
